The core of our Karate and BuJutsu lies in the roots of Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Karatedo and Ju Jutsu. The two arts truly complement each other and at their highest levels are inseparable. Shorin-Ryu karate uses natural stances, breathing, and direct movements to evade and counter attacks. Ju Jutsu compliments this by applying the principles of off-balancing and leverage to the arts of falling, throwing, locking, grappling on the ground, and applied self-defense. The techniques are done with graceful and powerful movements while developing posture, fluid movement, excellent coordination,
and attention to detail, thus giving a person the opportunity to be a well rounded and confident martial artist.
